Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, exchanges and returns.

  • Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM will likely be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier will send you a tracking number by email.

You can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@airedept.com.

During high demand periods we may not be able to act in time. If the order has already shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and submit a return or exchange request.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or certain remote areas.

Free shipping on orders over €150.

  • For shipments within the EU, VAT is included in the final price.
  • For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not shown at checkout, as they depend on the destination country.
  • Aire Dept. is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the items are in the same condition as received and with their original tags.

Once your return has been approved, the refund may take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account.

If the original payment was made with Store Credit or a gift card, the refund will be issued using the same payment method.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you're requesting is not in stock, we will issue Store Credit equivalent to the value of the item.

No. Each item must be processed separately using its corresponding order number.

By subscribing to our newsletter you'll receive a 10% discount on your first purchase. If you don't receive the code, it's possible that a purchase has already been made with that email address before.

  • Discounts cannot be combined.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to orders paid with Store Credit or a gift card.
  • Store Credit cannot be refunded as cash.
  • We cannot apply a discount to an order that has already been processed.
